Save the date! Make plans now for one of Southeast Georgia’s favorite festivals. Immerse yourself in nature during the Nature Now Environmental Film Festival 2022 this August 18th-21st.
The festival
For the fifth year, Nature Now will host the three-day film festival focused on changing environmental perspectives naturally. Each year the festival attracts more than 2,500 people to the Columbus area.
This year has a few new features like a brunch experience, for example. There will also be top-film screenings, art exhibits, filmmaker Q&As, coffee talks, film blocks, sideshow events, outdoor adventures and more!
In fact, the Nature Now Environmental Film Festival 2022 is sure to have something for the nature lover in all of us.
Presented by Georgia Power, the film festival includes a variety of genres as well as film lengths. Festival-goers can take in a one-minute short or a full-length feature film. Genres include conservation, sustainability, wildlife, adventure, animation, water and more.
This year’s festival will present more than 10 film blocks. A few examples include Adventure Awaits, Wonders of Life, Healthy People/Healthy Planet, Nature 4 All, What about Water and more!

Location
Nature Now Environmental Film Festival 2022 will primarily be held at the Columbus State University Riverside Theatre Complex. However, events will be held in venues throughout Uptown Columbus August 18th-21st.
