Can you believe it’s almost September? With the new month comes a new event series: The Uptown Fall Friday Night Concert Series, sponsored by Georgia Power. If you want to jam, dance, and sing along, we’ll fill you in on all the info. Then, come by the 1000 block of Broadway in Uptown Columbus for seven sensational weeks of shows!

Get amped up! The Uptown Fall Friday Night Concert Series promises to bring good music and good times to Columbus. This free series invites you to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy during each show.
Concert dates
The Uptown Fall Friday Night Concert series starts in September—but it doesn’t end there. It will run from September 3 to October 15. That means you have a total of 7 possible shows to see! Here they are:
The McCall-Gamble Duo, featuring Big Saxy, as well as Departure, a Journey Tribute Band

The Reasons Why Band

The Wilson Brothers

River City Horns

The Splinters

Visiting details
You don’t have to pay a penny to attend this upcoming concert series! To make it ever better, parking will also be free at the nearby RiverCenter deck, the 919 Broadway and CB&T Deck, the Corner of 11th Street and Front Ave.
Again, the concerts will kick off along the 1000 Block of Broadway. Don’t forget to bring a chair or blanket with you, so that you have somewhere comfortable to sit!
