The kitchen at the Hotel Indigo strives to provide guests with a delectable culinary experience. The locally-inspired menu is based on Southern cuisine with a modern flare. For example, one of the 10 dishes served features quail from the local W.C. Bradley Farms. The Buttermilk Fried Quail served with ghost pepper maple syrup is a creative combination of bold flavors.

Location and Hours
Located at 21 West 14th St., Eighteen85 Rooftop Bar and Kitchen is open seven days a week. Guest are welcome to eat, drink and be merry Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday the rooftop opens at 4 p.m. and closes at 12 a.m. Saturday hours are 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., and it’s open 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
